If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process to secure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your BIG Pharmacy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping bag, ensuring you include the printed return slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
